We are proud of our products and want you to be just as proud of your purchase. As a result, all Pop up galleria merchandise is guaranteed. We follow no refund policy, however we will gladly provide a product exchange in cases of size change or if the goods are damaged. We reserve the right to charge additional shipping/handling fees for any excessive and/or bad faith returns.

To make a return by mail, you have to report at contact@popupgalleria.com . In case of need of size exchange. You can expect the delivery of item(s) within the period of three weeks. You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your return after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate  exchange of item depending on your size requirement. You will receive the item within the period of three weeks..

To make a return by mail, you have to report at contact@popupgalleria.com.Incase of damaged goods within 48 hours of the delivery of goods. Your item needs to be sent via pictures to registered company email id. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. After thorough inspection of goods, if the goods are approved as damaged, then within three weeks the item will be exchanged and sent to the registered address.

Procedure to be followed to make a return by mail:

  1. Mail on contact@popupgalleria.com and indicate the reason for the return and the action to be taken, such as exchange for another, size, or if the goods are damaged.
  2. Print out the conformation email by the concerned authority, place that in the box with both the purchased product and packing slip.
  3. Send the package to our shipping address listed below:

Also, please be sure that all contact information (name, address and phone number) is included. Your package should be sent via a prepaid, traceable and insured method to help guarantee a safe, documented delivery. (Please allow the period of three weeks for your exchange.)

We function as the mediator between the customers and the designers.  The standard exchange delivery period is three weeks for all goods but it can vary from designer to designer and product to product. In the event there is a change in the time period of delivery, you will be informed well in advance.  We do not return/exchange goods, which are made or customized to the needs or preferences of the specific customer.

Shipping

shipping duration for each product/designer may vary. International shipping is under process.

Orders are shipped between Monday – Friday. We do not charge any rates for shipping. In circumstances we need to charge we will charge you what the desired shipping company charges us. The charge will be based on weight and location.
